Where to get the shirts?

A Star showed up on the map in Stormwind (Dwarven District) and a NPC called "Stormwind Entertainer" started to give the Free T-Shirts.

How to get the shirts?

Simply follow the "Stormwind Entertainer" and wait until he stops, he'll face a direction, shoot his gun and in this very direction, you'll find a lootable "shirt" on the ground nearby. You have to be kinda quick to get it but it's easily manageable as long as there's not much people around/on top of it. Don't worry, everyone can loot it.

EDIT : If you can't loot those, just relog. It fixed it for me two times

Followed her around in circles for about 40 minutes and picked up 23 Unique Shirts:-

1 - Wound Dressing
2 - Antiseptic-Soaked Dressing
3 - Golden Filigreed Shirt
4 - Purple Martial Shirt
5 - Cerulean Filigreed Shirt
6 - Common Gray Shirt
7 - Amber Filigreed Shirt
8 - Amber Filigreed Doublet
9 - Ebon Filigreed Shirt
10 -Yellow Martial Shirt
11 - Cerulean Filigrreed Doublet
12 - Embroidered Shirt
13 - Blue Martial Shirt
14 - Scarlet Filigreed Shirt

May be more, but wasn't prepared to stick around much longer. I probably picked up around 150 shirts. Also got 19x 'Free T-Shirt' which gives you a 'the T-Shirt Enthusiast' Title for 5 days (T-shirts Duration is a day) and shows you wearing a shirt no matter what armour you have equipped!

One extremely inconvenient thing to consider, when running after them picking up shirts: They cannot be vendored, meaning you have to delete them from your inventory. and they pile up rather quickly!

Also, people in the capital are really nice and send you all those, that you looked at but did not pick up. So don't do it like me and find your inbox filled up with 20 additional shirts that you have to crawl through...

For those whose bags are now overflowing with unwanted shirts, use this macro to get rid of them.
/run DeleteCursorItem()
Bind the macro, then pick up any item you want gone and press the keybind

I assume no responsibility for any titan-forged pieces that are accidentally deleted

Got the same list of shirts as KaiBo and naet17 above, 23 in total. Relisting them, organized by shirt style:

It seems like you can't sell them at vendors, but you can auction them off. The AH is being flooded with shirts during this time so I suppose it's better to wait. I'm not sure how tailors would react to this though. The market price of shirts will suddenly drop massively. Moreover, if you inventory is full you can still loot the shirts. When they disappear from the ground you get them sent to your mailbox automatically by the postmaster. Just make sure you try to loot them first.

I am not sure if this is a joke or something, but her right eye (that she uses to aim) is blind. No surprise the t-shirts are all over the place!

I went around until I collected 10 Free T-Shirt and equipped one to get the T-Shirt Enthusiast title. Here was my breakdown after just a few minutes:

NPC walks around Dwarven District firing off free T-Shirts!

Just run around the circle to find her - or listen for the noise

Shirts are tradeable, but cannot be vendored. AH is gonna be overflowing with these, so I dont believe this will be any crazy money making method.
