Ashes of Al'ar Skyriding Trails Restored in Patch 11.0.2

As hundreds more mounts have become
capable of dragonriding in The War Within
, many appeared to have lost some of the special effects which helped make those mounts unique. As
shared by u/Xarano_
, one of these has been restored, with the iconic red streaks trailing behind
Al'ars Asche
now visible while skyriding!
Several mounts are still missing their own special animations, however. The darker plumes left behind by the
Zügel des dunklen Phönix
recolor obtained from
Gildenruhm des Kataklysmus-Schlachtzüglers
are not visible while skyriding, the
Glimmender Glutwyrm
lacks its red puffs of smoke,
Schwelendes Ei von Millagazor
are missing particle effects, and the
Turbogetriebene Flugmaschine
propeller blades no longer spin, though all continue to work in steady flight mode.
Though seen in steady flight (left), the purple and blue trails are not present while using the
Zügel des dunklen Phönix
to skyride (right).
