Druid

NEW Fluid Form - Shred and Rake can be used in any form and shift you into Cat Form. Mangle can be used in any form and shifts you into Bear Form. Wrath and Starfire shift you into Moonkin Form, if known.

NEW Oakskin - Survival Instincts and Barkskin reduce damage taken by an additional 10%.

NEW Instincts of the Claw - Shred, Brutal Slash, Swipe, Rake, Mangle, and Thrash damage increased by 5%/10%.

NEW Lore of the Grove - Moonfire and Sunfire damage increased by 5%/10%. Rejuvenation and Wild Growth healing increased by 3%/5%.

NEW Ursoc's Spirit - Stamina in Bear Form is increased by 10%.

NEW Starlight Conduit - Wrath, Starsurge, and Starfire damage increased by 5%. Starsurge's cooldown is reduced by 4 sec and its mana cost is reduced by 50%.

The Druid class tree has almost been completely reworked. We'll cover the big removals and changes, but look at the images for specific positions.

Feral

NEW Coiled to Spring - If you generate a combo point in excess of what you can store, your next Ferocious Bite or Primal Wrath deals 10% increased direct damage.

Incarnation: Avatar of Ashamane duration reduced to 20 sec (was 30) and increases all attack and ability damage by 10% (was only Shred and Rake by 50%)

Predator now increases combo point generator's direct damage by 40% of Haste (was cooldown on Tiger's Fury resets when a target dies with Bleed active)

Primal Wrath energy cost increased to 30 (was 20) and damage increased by ~97%

Raging Fury causes Tiger's Fury to last 5 additional seconds (was only increased by finishing moves per combo point spent)

Sabertooth now causes Ferocious Bite to deal 15% increased damage. Each Combo Point spent causes Ferocious Bite's primary target to take 3% increased damage from Bleed and other DoTs for 4 sec.

Soul of the Forest causes finishing moves to grant 2 Energy (was 3 Energy) per combo point spent.

Tear Open Wounds now includes a bonus effect during Incarn/Berserk: Rip duration consumed is increased to 6 sec.

Tireless Energy maximum energy increased by 20/40 (was 30/60) and Energy regen increased by 8/15 (was 10/20)

Restoration

NEW Call of the Elder Druid - When you shift into a combat shapeshift form or cast Starsurge, you gain Heart of the Wild for 10 sec, once every 1 min.

Balance: Cast time of Balance spells reduced by 30% and damage increased by 20%
Feral: Gain 1 Combo Point every 2 sec while in Cat Form and Physical damage increased by 20%
Guardian: Bear Form gives an additional 20% Stamina, multiple uses of Ironfur may overlap, and Frenzied Regeneration has 2 charges

Replaces Adaptive Swarm. Row 8, 3rd Left

Replaces Unbridled Swarm. Row 9, 6th Left

Monk

NEW Crashing Momentum - Targets you Roll through are snared by 40% for 5 sec.

NEW Wind's Reach - The range of Disable is increased by 5 yds. The duration of Crashing Momentum is increased by 3 sec and its snare now reduces movement speed by an additional 20%.

NEW Bounding Agility - Roll and Chi Torpedo travel a small distance further.

NEW Jade Walk - While out of combat, your movement speed is increased by 15%.

NEW Pressure Points - Paralysis now removes all Enrage effects from its target.

NEW Ancient Arts - Reduces the cooldown of Paralysis by 8/15 sec and the cooldown of Leg Sweep by 5/10 sec.

NEW Energy Transfer - Successfully interrupting an enemy reduces the cooldown of Paralysis and Roll by 5 sec.

NEW Quick Footed - The duration of snare effects on you is reduced by 20%.

NEW Spirit's Essence - Transcendence: Transfer snares targets within 10 yds by 70% for 4 sec when cast.

NEW Peach and Prosperity - Reduces the cooldown of Ring of Peace by 5 sec and Song of Chi-Ji's cast time is reduced by 0.5 sec.

NEW Swift Art - Roll removes a snare effect once every 30 sec.

NEW Celestial Determination - While your celestial is active, you cannot be slowed below 90% normal movement speed.

NEW Chi Proficiency - Magical damage done increased by 2%/4% and healing done increased by 2%/4%.

NEW Healing Winds - Transcendence: Transfer immediately heals you for 15% of your maximum health.

NEW Martial Instincts - Increases your Physical damage done by 2% and Avoidance increased by 2%.

NEW Lighter Than Air - Roll causes you to become lighter than air, allowing you to double jump to dash forward a short distance once within 5 sec.

NEW Flow of Chi - You gain a bonus effect based on your current health.

Above 90% health: Movement speed increased by 5%. This bonus stacks with similar effects.
Between 90% and 35% health: Damage taken reduced by 5%.
Below 35% health: Healing received increased by 10%.

NEW Transcendence: Linked Spirits - Transcendence now tethers your spirit onto an ally for 1 hour. Use Transcendence: Transfer to teleport to your ally's location.

NEW Rushing Reflexes - Your heightened reflexes allow you to react swiftly to the presence of enemies, causing you to quickly lunge to the nearest enemy in front of you within 10 yards after you Roll.

NEW Clash - You and the target charge each other, meeting halfway then rooting all targets within 6 yards for 4 sec.

NEW Chi Wave (Reworked) - Every 15 sec, your next Rising Sun Kick or Vivify releases a wave of Chi energy that flows through friends and foes, dealing Nature damage or healing. Bounces up to 7 times to targets within 25 yards.

Elusive Mists now reduces the damage of you and your target by 6% (was only you for 3%)

Vivify healing increased by 40% and cost reduced to 3% base mana (was 3.4%)

Bounce Back now triggers at 12% health (was 20%) and reduces damage taken by 20% for 1 talent point (was 2 points)

Chi Burst damage increased by 160% and healing increased by 53%

Expeditious Fortification cooldown reduction reduced to 30 sec (was 120 sec) for Windwalker and Mistweaver

Fast Feet now requires 1 talent point (was 2)

Fatal Touch now requires 1 talent point (was 2) and increases damage by 5% for 30 sec after being cast.

Grace of the Crane now increases healing taken by 6% for 1 talent point (was 8% for 2 points)

Ironshell Brew now increases your maximum health and damage reduction by 10% (was Armor and Dodge by 25%)

Resonant Fists now requires 1 talent point (was 2)

Save Them All now requires 1 talent point (was 2)

Tiger Tail Sweep now only increases range of Leg Sweep by 4 yards for 1 talent point.

Mistweaver

NEW Crane Style - Rising Sun Kick now kicks up a Gust of Mist to heal 2 allies within 40 yards. Spinning Crane Kick and Blackout Kick have a chance to kick up a Gust of Mist to heal 1 ally within 40 yards.

Combat Wisdom now casts Expel Harm (was generate 1 Chi)

Teachings of the Monastery now stacks to 4 (was 3)

Thunderfist now baseline gives you 4 stacks (was 0)

Touch of the Tiger now gives you 25% damage for 1 talent point (was 30% damage for 2 talent points)

Transfer the Power now also triggers off of Spinning Crane Kick

Whirling Dragon Punch cooldown increased to 30 sec (was 20 sec) and damage increased by 52%. Primary target now takes ~triple damage.

PaladinRetribution

NEW Burn to Ash - When Truth's Wake critically strikes, its duration is extended by 2 sec. Your other damage over time effects deal 30% increased damage to targets affected by Truth's Wake.
Replaces Truth's Wake

Mastery: Highlord's Judgment Mastery buffed by 50% (now is 12% baseline, was 8%).

Mastery: Highlord's Judgment gives Judgment a % chance (scales with Mastery) to blast the target with the Light, dealing Bonus Holy damage.

Wake of Ashes now deals less damage but has the Truth's Wake talent rolled in by default. Slow removed.

Adjudication now causes Hammer of Wrath to have a chance to cast Highlord's judgement (was critical strikes cause a Blessed Hammer)

Art of War now also causes critical strikes to increase the chance by an additional 10%

Blades of Light now causes abilities that deal Holystrike damage to do 5% more damage

Divine Arbiter now causes Highlord's Judgment and Holystrike damage to grant a stack of Divine Arbiter (did not include Highlord's Judgment previously)

Divine Hammer is now a 2 min cooldown (was 20 seconds), and consumes a Holy Power to strike enemies every 2.2 sec. While active, Judgment, Blade of Justice and Crusader Strike recharge 75% faster and increase the rate at which Divine Hammer strikes by 15% when they are cast.

Execution Sentence accumulator percentage is now 20% (was 30%)

Final Reckoning damage increase on non-single target Holy Power abilities reduced to 15% (was 30%)

Highlord's Wrath reworked and renamed to Highlord's Wrath. Mastery is 50%/100% more effective on Judgment and Hammer of Wrath.

Righteous Cause now has a 6% chance per Holy Power spent (was Templar's Verdict, Final Verdict and Justicar's Vengeance) to reset the cooldown of Blade of Justice

Searing Light now includes Highlord's Judgment

Templar Strikes time to continue the combo increased to 5 sec (was 4 sec) and Templar Slash now burns the enemy for 50% of the damage dealt over 4 sec (was always a Critical strike and inherits Crusader Strike benefits)

Holy

NEW Light of the Martyr (Passive) - While above 80% health, Holy Shock's healing is increased 20%, but creates a heal absorb on you for 30% of the amount healed that prevents Beacon of Light from healing you until it has dissipated.

Beacon of Light now transfers 15% healing (was 25%)

Barrier of Faith accumulates 20% of effective healing (was 25%)

Beacon of Virtue affected allies will be healed for 15% (was 25%) of the amount of your other healing done.

Blessing of Summer reworked. 20% of all healing converted into damage onto a nearby enemy and 10% of all damage to be converted into healing onto an injured ally within 40 yards.

Holy Prism cooldown increased to 30 sec (was 20 sec)

Holy Shock healing buffed by ~15%

Light of Dawn healing buffed by ~15%

Tyr's Deliverance healing buffed by ~32%

Priest

Mindgames damage buffed by 33% and now lasts for 7 sec (was 5 sec)

Discipline

Expiation now increases Mind Blast and Shadow Word: Death damage by 10%/20% (was 15%/30%)

Holy

Prismatic Echoes now increases healing done by Mastery by 6%/12% (was 4%/8%)

Warrior

The Warrior tree was completely shuffled around. Please see the images for comparisons of where everything moved to.

Berserker Rage is now baseline for all Warriors.

Blood and Thunder is no longer available to Fury (previously all specs).

is now a free talent for all Warriors (previously Arms & Protection).

Furious Blows removed.

Barbaric Training (Arms) no longer increases Rage cost, damage bonus reduced to 20% (was 30), now increases critical strike damage by 10%.

Barbaric Training (Fury) now affects Thunder Clap for Mountain Thane hero specializations.

Crackling Thunder now increases Thunder Clap damage by 10%, in addition to its previous effects.

Champion's Spear now generates 10 Rage (down from 20).

Endurance Training is now a two-point talent, for up to 10% increased stamina.

Frothing Berserker (Arms) and Frothing Berserker (Fury) Rage refund reduced to 10% (down from 20)

Frothing Berserker (Protection) Rage refund reduced to 25% (down from 50).

Reinforced Plates armor bonus reduced to 10% (down from 20).

Seismic Reverberation now affects Thunder Clap for Mountain Thane hero specializations.

Shockwave no longer generates Rage (previously 10).

Storm of Destruction (PvP) now affects Ravager, in addition to Bladestorm.

Thunderous Roar no longer generates Rage (previously 10).

Rage cost reduced to 20 (down from 30).

Thunderous Words now increases all bleeding damage by 30% only while Thunderous Roar's bleed is active (previously +15% bleed damage at all times).

Warlord's Torment (Arms) duration increased to 6 seconds (was 4), but no longer triggers from Colossus Smash.

Whirlwind Rage cost reduced to 20 (down from 30).

Arms

NEW Finishing Blows - Overpower generates 8 Rage when used on enemies below 35% health.
Replacing Finishing Blows on Row 6, 3rd left.

Now a choice node with Bladestorm on Row 9.

Collateral Damage replaces Strength of Arms in the choice node with Improved Sweeping Strikes on Row 6.

Strength of Arms is now a choice node with Dreadnaught on Row 7.

Reaping Swings removed.

Tide of Blood removed (effect baked into Skullsplitter).

Pathing changed at the bottom of the Arms tree.

Anger Management now affects Ravager, as well as Bladestorm and Colossus Smash.

Battlelord no longer generates Rage (previously 10).

Bladestorm no longer generates Rage (previously 20).

Collateral Damage now applies to Cleave, in addition to Whirlwind

Dance of Death now applies to Ravager, in addition to Bladestorm.

In For The Kill now matches the duration of Colossus Smash/Warbreaker.

Hurricane now affects Ravager, in addition to Bladestorm.

Merciless Bonegrinder works during Ravager, as well as following Bladestorm.

Rend Rage cost reduced to 20 (down from 30).

Skullsplitter now also causes Rend and Deep Wounds to bleed out 100% faster for 10 sec (baseline from Tide of Blood).

Storm of Swords reworked to grant a 30% chance to make the next Whirlwind cost no Rage (previously increased rage cost, damage, and cooldown).

Strength of Arms no longer causes Overpower to generate Rage on enemies below 35% health (effect moved to Finishing Blows).

Tactician chance to reset Overpower reduced to 1% chance per point of Rage spent (down from 1.3%).

Unhinged casts 1 Mortal Strike during Ravager, or 2 during Bladestorm (technically it already did this, but Arms didn't have access to Ravager).

Valor in Victory increased to +2% Versatility (up from +1%).

Fury

NEW Powerful Enrage - Enrage increases the damage your abilities deal by an additional 15% and Enrage's duration is increased by 1 sec.

Storm of Steel Now affects Bladestorm as well as Ravager, but bonus Rage generation reduced to +10 (was 20).

Tenderize no longer increases Enrage duration (previously +2 seconds).

Wrath and Fury tooltip clarified to increase Raging Blow's chance to reset by an additional 10% (no functional change)

It currently just completely blocks you from ever picking bonestorm cause of the anti-synergy.
