Dalaran Update in 10.2.7 - Silver Covenant & Sunreaver Guards, New Council of Six Member?

Dalaran has been updated on the PTR, with some interesting changes made to the city for 10.2.7! The Silver Covenant and Sunreaver guards are back, and what are the Council of Six up to?
High and Blood Elf Guards
Dalaran is expected to play a role in 10.2.7, with minor updates made to the city in the recent build. One of the changes is more of a change back. Ever since Legion, Dalaran's Alliance-only area has been guarded by Worgen, while the Horde area has had Forsaken guards - replacing the Silver Covenant High Elves and Sunreaver Blood Elves who guarded these areas before. On the PTR, Silver Covenant High Elves and Sunreaver Blood Elves once again guard their respective faction areas.

Council of Six
The Council of Six is the ruling council of Dalaran and leaders of the Kirin Tor. The blue Dragon Aspect Kalecgos recently retired from the council after the events of the Amirdrassil raid, to focus on his dragonflight now that his Aspect powers have been restored. The current remaining members are Khadgar, Karlain, Ansirem Runeweaver, Modera, and Vargoth.
On the 10.2.7 PTR, four of the remaining council members - Khadgar isn't with them - can be found within the Portrait Room of Dalaran's Chamber of the Guardian. What's more, Karlain is sitting with an encrypted NPC - they currently show up as a blue-and-white block. Could this be Kalec's replacement?

New Council Member?
The Council of Six is expected to have, well, six members - so it makes sense that a new member will be selected now that Kalec has stepped down.
One potential candidate is Aethas Sunreaver. Aethas was on the council until the events of
Mists of Pandaria
, which we will also be revisiting during the 10.2.7 Remix. When members of the Horde used a Sunreaver portal to steal a powerful artifact known as the Divine Bell for the Horde, Jaina - who was leader of the Kirin Tor at the time - purged the Sunreavers - Aethas included - from Dalaran for violating the Kirin Tor's neutrality. Many years later, during the events of
Legion
, the Sunreavers were permitted to re-joined the Kirin Tor - causing Jaina to resign her position in protest. Khadgar replaced her as leader instead. However, though the Sunreavers returned to Dalaran, Aethas never resumed his role. Since all the wounds of the past are now (theoretically) forgiven to the point where even the Sunreaver guards are back, it's possible Aethas will be eager to return to this previous position as well.
Another candidate is Jaina herself, who may no longer feel as strongly about allowing the Sunreavers to be members of the Kirin Tor as she once did. As a previous leader, Jaina is more than suited to a position on the council. However, her duties as Lord Admiral of the Kul Tiran likely keep her more than busy enough.
Certain intriguing clues on the PTR may point to the Void Elf Magister Umbric. Once Blood Elves, Umbric and his followers were exiled from Silvermoon for their association with the Void. Thanks to Alleria Windrunner, they joined the Alliance instead, and have settled in a fragmented Void world named Telongrus Rift.
Currently, Telongrus Rift has
recently been updated on the PTR
- and the updates include a new Void Portal with a Dalaran/Kirin Tor banner next to it. Umbric has also appeared as an NPC
in the data for 10.2.7
(though no model or location yet). With a Void-related threat as powerful as Xal'atath looming ahead, it does makes sense that the Kirin Tor might be interested in the perspectives of an expert on the Void as part of their leadership council. We also know Alleria Windrunner will have cause to visit the city sometime before the War Within as she can be seen arriving at the city in the
features trailer
