What is the min level to get this quest? Im 60 and Im not seeing anything.
The 'Black Ice' ring does not require the quest linked to unlock.You only need 'Booty Bay's Interests' which is available in the instance no matter if you do your faction 'The Zandalari -' quest chain.You can pick it up inside the dungeon and then head outside to complete the follow-up 'A Shiny Reward'Similarly the 'Tattered Hexcloth Bag' is rewarded from a quest inside the dungeon that also does not require any pre-quest chain and can be picked up by anyone.
The article didn't include the Lashtail Raptor chain (Horde only?) that is started while leveling in Northern STV and ends with a ZG quest for a raptor pet. (Interact with the raptor hatchling chained to a post after killing Mandokir.) Need to have finished the Lashtail Hatchling chain. Unlike the other quests, this one can be started the moment you can enter STV but can only be finished at 85.
