Comment by GrendelsetheCan anyone buy these? It said bind on pickup so can I hunter buy them and learn them into the transmog or do you have to be a plate wearer?
I know they hunter cant mog them but if I buy them learn them for my warrior?
Or do I need to start a plate wearing panda to get these?
