The whole internet loves this cinematic, I couldn't find any criticisms. so I came to the wowhead comments and you potatos did not disappoint.The only thing to call out is this "true 2D animation" is dog@#$% quality, 15 FPS. They massively cut corners on the adjoining frames. It isn't a real 2D animation at all; It's one of their mostly-still animatics sped up, but not to the point of matching modern animation. That said, it still owns.Yes, even with a low framerate It still looks great. But people saying they want a full season of 30min episodes are not looking closely enough, this tech would not hold up for that.

It's ridiculous. Sylvanas didn't duke it out with Arthas with her bow. She ambushed him with an arrow, knowing her physical disadvantage. What was the point of the bow if you're going to turn it into a makeshift blade?It's a dumb portrayal no matter what. The power of the void can be portrayed without showing her going purple Goku. If a light infused hardened knight like Turalyon cannot physically overwhelm the demons, where do we have any indication that the void makes Alleria better than Lightforging? In the cosmology, it is never stated that the Void is a greater force to the Light.
Ive read the comments… My opinion, i loved that. The whole im a soldier of Azeroth resonated beautifully. It comes back to the needs of the many are greater than the needs of the one. She has made her choices that benefit the greater good.
