Pheonix Wishwing is currently a little buggy and won't appear in your journal, but can be summoned and caged (bought and sold on the Auction House) using scripts.
To summon, this script will put Phoenix Wishwing on your cursor, where you can place it on your bars or in a team:
/run local p=C_PetJournal p.PickupPet(select(2,p.FindPetIDByName(p.GetPetInfoBySpeciesID(3292))))
To cage Phoenix Wishwing to sell or trade:

Obtaining the Phoenix Ash Talisman
The

Obtaining the Glittering Phoenix Ember
To obtain the

you must defeat
Alysrazor
in Firelands Timewalking. This item drops for everyone in the group and there is no pre-requisites to it dropping.
Firelands Timewalking is only available during Cataclysm Timewalking week, which at the time of posting, is this week! You can queue up with a premade group at
Vormu
in Stormwind City or Orgrimmar. Check group finder for groups that may be running, but be aware as time passes it may be more difficult to find a group doing Firelands Timewalking. If you plan to get this pet at some point in the future, we recommend at least getting the
Braise de phénix étincelante
now.
Obtaining the Inert Phoenix Ash
Cendres de phénix inertes
drops rarely from

at the center of

. These share spawn points with (but do not drop from)
Brasier vivant
so make sure you kill both. Circle the Volcano (Fireplume Ridge) to farm these. You will need

Obtaining the Sacred Phoenix Ash

can be found within Cookpots, located around

. Cookpots will spawn

Obtaining the Smoldering Phoenix Ash
To obtain

, farm the various Phoenixes such as

Purchase the

at the Obsidian Throne. Use this necklace and pick up

found within the Burning Ascent and Slagmire, which are areas surrounding the Obsidian Citadel. Pick up these feathers until you have

x20. The buff only lasts one hour, so make sure to refresh it as needed.
