I don't recall ever seeing him anywhere in Naz'jatar.
Wowhead is horribly wrong. If they had played the delves at all, they would have seen Ozumat in one of the Kobyss delves. One of the variants is literally freeing Ozumat from the Kobyss trying to control him.

Ever since we learned about the underground ocean around Hallowfall I've been hoping it's where the kraken are from. They're supposed to be old enough that they witnessed the coming of the Old Gods, and a 'time before magic', quite possibly the oldest species on Azeroth.

I want Azshara to return in an actually good expansion (not the rushed mess and faction war nonsense that bfa was) so we can finally do justice to a smart charismatic female villain story arc that was built up for decades (unlike the dumbing down and changing of Sylvanas), and all this Voidy activity with potential Abyssal depths would be the perfect time for it. Same goes for Neptulon and Ozumat. Blood is like water so it would be easy to see how sea elementals and sea creatures could be corrupted by old god blood. We've had Shadowflame and the casual return of the Firelord in Dragonflight after all.
SWEET , now can we plz have Ozumats tentacles back for shadow priest voidform as an optional glyph or something?
