Nozdormu was cringe in DF. Cool event. Looking forward to giga-levelling and the Class mog.
Beloved expansion? That's not usually the impression I get. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Pandaria just fine. Still do, if I'm honest. But when it was announced, there was constant screaming about "Kung Fu Panda", or the constant inclination towards "furries" (which started with the addition of worgen and came up again with vulpera), and people whining for years - before, during, and after the expansion - about Blizzard "making an April Fools' joke into canon", under the misunderstanding that the entire pandaren race was an April Fools' joke. They weren't. Adding them as a playable faction in Warcraft III - that was the April Fools' joke.
Wonder if the Garrosh fanboys remember all the horrible stuff he did this expansion who try and say he did nothing wrong.
While it was a great read that I really enjoyed, one thing is for sure!
WoD next please!Because basically it's nothing new that you can play in retail.Leveling, dungeons and raids are particular strengths of WoD.
the most ridiculous thing is that everyone hated "kung -fu pandas" but the "furry uwu" hype with vulperas is something really cool to most ppl :P
I dig the lore tie-in! It makes the content relevant to the game in its current state even though we all know it's a separate event. Just this relatively small effort shows that they can go further than the junk sideshow that was Blunderstorm. Now they just need to make the bold move of bringing back the CM and AotC mounts!
Well maybe we could at least prevent Garrosh from getting the dark heart of an old god. We could use the Infinite dragonflight to steal it before he uses it. That would surely fix everything.
i wish we would get playable Hozen and Jinyu from this event. They have a much deeper introduction to their factions than the Pandaren from the Wandering Island which decided upon some words to fully abandon their families and friends if they joined the other faction.Meanwhile Jinyu are saved by the Alliance, getting trained in the fighting ways of the Alliance and some of their customs and backstory.Same for the Hozen who get saved and build up by the Horde to be proper fighters, get training and prove their mettle all the way to be even a thing still today.I will never forget that Hozen Vanguard who still gets summoned trough the Orgrimmar Portal in Zandalar to this day, joining the training and then heads of to fight for the Horde. You might have to wait a bit, but he is still there, doing his part!
I started playing WoW in Pandaria and so I am looking forward to this. S4 is just the same dungeons and fated raids for the most-part and so it's clear that most of the effort is being put into other mini-xp's rather than new DF content.
