This is actually a really cool lore explanation and I'm enjoying this exploration of the Infinites that we're getting. Nice one, Blizz!
All for more events like this and less like plunderstorm since this has actual substance rather than a basic cut and dry BR attempt. Excited to see how it goes!
I'm still disappointed that we won't be able to go through the Wrathion storyline. For a game mode that's supposed to let us relive the "true timeline," it's falling quite short in that regard, along with the Vale storyline.
I was absent during this expansion, so I am truly excited to be a part of reliving this with Eternus and hopefully understanding why these events had to happen!
I really like giving these kinda things just a little bit of story to spice things up. I loved handing in a scourgestone for the Old Naxxramas entry and having the Argent Dawn flip the heck out
so does anyone know how hard the raids will be? IMO they should never be that hard than when they were actual content so people can finish these in short time (also thinking about retail raid schedules)
This could be what pushes Nozdormu to turn into Murozond. That one quest line we did already had him convinced maybe it’s okay to change the timeline. This could further encourage that behavior by him and the rest of the Bronze and be what leads him starting the Infinite Dragonflight. To everyone screaming that would retcon what is supposed to happen it really wouldn’t. The Titans say old gods made him turn into Murozond but it’s already proven that the Titans love to lie about pretty much everything. They definitely wouldn’t have told the truth about this situation. So why not blame it on your enemies? It would honestly be more exciting for us to be responsible for it then just another thing to blame on old gods
is it just me or is lore getting gradually better in the last few months? Idk but I feel like we were building a very solid core in the last few updates that now ushers in the new Saga very good
The rediscovery of Pandaria set off a whole lot more events, actually:
Meanwhile I was just thinking this was Blizzard trying show a certain animation studio that "no, we actually made the Martial Arts Chinese Ursine thing popular first and did it better."Regardless, Mists is still my favorite expac and the reason why I got into WoW in the first place; it's going to be nice to revisit it.
I like the idea of incorporating MoP into the story of the current/new expansion... I really do. I like the idea and it shows Blizz is thinking outside their usual box. Exploring the timeline in a cool way like this. That said, I'm not sure that I like feeling the need to play Pandamonium to experience that or explore that side of things. I don't have any interest in playing it.
Interesting how mists introduced us to the Sha…a leftover side effect from killing Y'Shaarj.Could this be a way for them to refresh everyone on what happened last time an old god was “killed” or just to remind people of Y'Shaarj in general
Finally get to see Vale of Eternal Blossoms before the corruption
